Refund Policy
KidLink is currently free for parents.
The current product focuses on discovery and direct contact rather than in-app booking or payment.
Parent usage
Parents can browse classes and contact providers without paying KidLink a booking fee, so there is no KidLink payment to refund in the normal parent flow.
Provider payments
If paid provider tools, premium listings, or checkout flows are introduced later, refund rules should be updated before those features go live.
Class fees
Any fees paid directly to a teacher, coach, or provider are handled by that provider and are not processed by KidLink in the current MVP.
